                NEW REGISTRATION FEE (  New students )                $120.00    NON-REFUNDABLE-Due upon acceptance

 

                RE-REGISTRATION FEE ( Returning students )            $ 60.00  if paid before June 1st, $120.00 thereafter NON-REFUNDABLE

               

                CURRICULUM FEES          Due July 1st or upon acceptance     NON-REFUNDABLE

                                K4 and Kindergarten           $200.00 / student

                                1st-6th Grades                      $300.00 / student

                                7th –12th Grades                  $325.00 / student

 

                TUITION

                                K4 Program                           $1700.00 = $170.00 mo.             Tuition payments are due on the 1st of the month

                                Kindergarten                         $2800.00 = $280.00 mo.             beginning in August through May. Payments received

                                1st-6th Grades                      $3700.00 = $370.00 mo.              after the 10th will be assessed a $25.00 late fee.

                                7th-12th Grades                    $3900.00 = $390.00 mo.            

                

                 EARLY PAYMENT / WITHDRAWAL POLICY                     

                                Full payment of tuition on or before August 1st will be discounted at the rate of 5 % . Families who have paid tuition in full

                                and withdraw their student before December 31st are eligible for a prorated refund. The 5% early discount will be withheld.

                                7th & 8th Grades                  $30.00 / year

                                9th-12th Grades                    $60.00 / year

 

                COMPUTER LAB FEE (Secondary)     $30.00 per course

                KINDERGARTEN SCREENING FEE $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE      Due at testing

                MULTIPLE CHILD TUITION RATES:  Parents are responsible for Full Registration and Curriculum Fees for all children.

                First Child = Full Tuition 

                Second Child = 10% Scholarship

                Third Child = 25% Scholarship

                Fourth Child and More = Full Scholarship

 

                WAGM CHURCH MEMBER SCHOLARSHIP

                This scholarship applies to all Windham Assembly of God Ministries members who tithe 10% on their gross income.

                This scholarship when granted, amounts to 33 % of their student’s tuition.

 

                WCA MINISTERIAL SCHOLARSHIP

                WCA will grant a scholarship equivalent to 25% of tuition to children of parents in full time ministry.

 

                REFERRAL CREDIT

                WCA will credit your tuition balance $300 ($30 monthly) for each new student you refer who enrolls and attends. Parents must

                have a signed referral form in the school office to earn this credit

                

                TUITION AID PROGRAM

                The purpose of the Tuition Aid Program is to assist parents of students attending Windham Christian Academy with a part of their                 school tuition. This program will allow some students whose families may not be able to afford full tuition an opportunity for a                 Christian school education.
