THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Windham Christian Academy begins accepting applications for all grade levels for the following school year on April 1st. These are processed on a first come, first served basis with preference going to families with a pastoral reference. All families must be in agreement with our Statement on Faith.
The first step in applying is to download our application packet by clicking on the button above. After reviewing the materials, please return all of the completed forms and a copy of your child's most recent report card and standardized test scores. Homeschooled students should submit a portfolio of work completed. When we have received your completed application and reference forms, we will call you to meet with a teacher for an assessment. The final step in the application process is an interview with our Principal which will determine acceptance.

The Open House for the 2025-2026 school year will be held in the evening of March 27th. It is by appointment only. Please call 207-892-2244 or email office@windhamchristian.org to make an appointment. If you miss the Open House, please reach out to the office as group tours start in April.​

We never want finances to be the reason someone does not pursue a Christian education. Financial aid can be found through the Maine Children's Scholarship Fund (www.mecsf.org) as well as through our own Tuition Aid program which offers a sliding scale tuition for those who need it. Call the school office for more information.
